At Reflex Sports & Massage we understand that many conditions can cause much stress, pain and discomfort. Our range of therapies all benefit the individual and promote improved health and wellbeing.

No, generally a referral is not required to see our acupuncturist, however if you are a TAC patient you will be required to bring your TAC claim number.

  • Comfortable clothing is preferable
  • Any relevant documentation, including scans, X’rays, letters from your doctor
  • Please note that you may be required to remove your jewellery at the commencement of the treatment.

Most of our appointments are 30 or 60 minutes, however if it is your first visit you appointment may be 75 minutes.

Most of our services are able to be claimed on your private health cover, however we encourage all clients to check directly with your Private Health Cover provider if you are unsure.

TAC (Traffic Accident Commission) recognises Acupuncture Treatments as part of your Rehabilitation Program. TAC will cover a fair portion of your Acupuncture treatment fee, you will be required to bring your TAC Claim number to your appointment. Unfortunately our Acupuncturist does not treat patients under WorkCover.

WorkCover and TAC (Transport Accident Commission) patients are both rebatable. Patients are required to pay in full at the time of the appointment and then send the receipt off to obtain the rebate.

WorkCover patients are covered when attending appointments with our Myotherapist, unfortunately TAC patients are not covered at this point in time.
