Sports Massage

Sports massage is designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery, assisting in training, injury prevention and healing of muscle soreness. There are four types of sports massage: pre event, post event, restorative(duringevent/ training) and rehabilitative sports massage. Sports massage can treat a variety of injuries and weaknesses that may occur as a result of exercise.

No, generally a referral is not required to see our acupuncturist, however if you are a TAC patient you will be required to bring your TAC claim number.

  • Comfortable clothing is preferable
  • Any relevant documentation, including scans, X’rays, letters from your doctor
  • Please note that you may be required to remove your jewellery at the commencement of the treatment.

Most of our appointments are 30 or 60 minutes, however if it is your first visit you appointment may be 75 minutes.

Most of our services are able to be claimed on your private health cover, however we encourage all clients to check directly with your Private Health Cover provider if you are unsure.
